Cardo Voice Privacy Notice

Version July 14, 2026 · Business-ready draft for attorney review before any real-money launch. This is not legal advice.

What we collect

We collect business and account details, owner contact information, agent configuration, caller content, recordings and transcripts where enabled, call/usage data, support communications, and billing/session information. Cardo does not receive raw card numbers; Stripe handles card collection.

How we use it

We use this information to build, operate, secure, support, improve, and bill for Cardo Voice; to deliver requested CRM/calendar connections; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Service providers

Depending on enabled features, service providers may include Stripe (billing), Vapi (voice-agent infrastructure), Resend (email), and Google, Make, or Zapier when a customer connects those services. Each customer controls their own third-party accounts and webhook destinations.

Retention, security, and rights

We retain information only as needed for the service, legitimate business records, and legal obligations; exact periods require attorney-reviewed operational policy. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is guaranteed secure. Customers and callers may request access, correction, deletion, or raise privacy questions through info@cardohq.com, subject to applicable law and our responsibilities to the business customer.

Caller notices and contact

Customers are responsible for providing any required caller notice or consent for recordings or AI interaction. For privacy questions, contact info@cardohq.com. We will update this notice when practices or legal requirements change.
